My dog wasn't feeling well and I could tell it wasn't good. They were upfront at what the journey would be to save him and the cost. We didn't want him to suffer. They were kind and compassionate the entire time. Made sure my wife understood. It was a hard choice, but they made putting him down as gentle of a process as they could. AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM INITIAL CALL TO FOLLOW UP
Had an emergency with my dog and they took me as a new client within 10 mins and gave me and my pup the royal treatment AND the bill was a pleasant surprise as well! PLUS they called the following day to check in on Blizzard! I couldn’t give them a higher review ! I am now a going to bring all 6 dogs to them from now on even though they are MUCH further away from my local vet ! A++++++++

They are one of the only emergency care vets in Butler area however they are not all hours and you need to make an appointment. There’s a lot of veterinarians and staff there so depending on who you get and the time of day will depend on the quality of care you receive. I have also had unnecessary charges and services done with little to not answers. They are average if need same day.
Excellent care, but had to wait over an hour past my appointment time.

The staff at Butler vet were awesome. From the time that I walked in, to leaving out the door was great. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They explained everything in detail, and answered all questions. There was even an emergency when I arrived, and I was advised that it might take a little longer until I am seen due to the emergency. The staff kept you updated. If I lived closer, l than 1 1/2 hours…..I would love for them to be my regular vet!!!!
